Overview
SeekSpace™ Tools is a software suite developed by SeekGene for processing single-cell spatial transcriptomics data. It inherits the SeekSoul™ Tools module for single-cell transcriptomics analysis, including Cell Barcode quantification, cell determination, and generation of cell expression matrices for downstream analysis. For spatial libraries, SeekSpace™ Tools can accurately locate cells on the chip using the relationship between spatial tags on the chip and cell barcodes. It also segments tissue from background in tissue images, performs downstream clustering and differential analysis on successfully located cells, and visualizes clustering results spatially.
