SeekSoul™ Tools is a suite of software developed by SeekGene for processing single-cell transcriptome data. Currently, the software includes two modules:

This module not only supports data produced by SeekOne® Series Kits but also supports various custom design structures through barcode description. |
| Fast | This module is specifically designed for data produced by scFAST-seq Kits. It is used for barcode extraction, paired-end read alignment, quantification, and calculation of metrics specific to full-length sequence data. |
