monocle2分析结果——分析节点Pre brach, cell fate1,cell fate2 判定方法 1、以branch_potin1为例 图2中SNHG12在Y_88中高表达，在Y_55中低表达，图3中SNHG12在Cell fate2 高表达，在Cell fate1 低表达，所以Y_88对应Cell fate2, Y_55对应Cell fate1；图2中横坐标的终点是State6和State7，且SNHG12在State7高于State6，所以State7对应Cell fate2,State6对应Cell fate1。 同理，TNFRSF18在State6高于State7，对应热图中TNFRSF18在Cell fate1高于Cell fate2。 图2中没有State8,State9, 所以Pre branch 不包括State8,9。 综上，Pre branch 包括State1,2,3；Cell fate1包括State4,6；Cell fate1包括State7。
