My DataBase
"My Databases" stores the curated gene collections used for Differential Enrichment analysis. It currently includes GO, KEGG, REACTOME, HALLMARK, and more. You can browse the existing databases or upload your own via [Create Database] to support future Differential Enrichment analyses.
NOTE
We recommend using authoritative databases first. When uploading custom databases, ensure the gene set format is standardized to facilitate subsequent analysis.
[View] Database: Each database contains multiple gene sets, including the gene set ID, gene set name, and related genes separated by commas.
[Create DataBases] Database: Download the template.
Complete the downloaded template.
Upload the completed template.
After uploading, you can view, edit, copy, or delete the database.
