SeekSoul™ Tools is a software suite developed by SeekGene for processing single-cell transcriptome data. Currently, the software includes five modules:

| RNA | Used for cell barcode identification, alignment, and quantification to obtain a cell expression matrix for downstream analysis, followed by cell clustering and differential analysis. This module supports data produced by SeekOne® Series Kits and also supports various custom design structures through barcode description. |
| Fast | Specifically designed for data produced by scFAST-seq Kits and SeekOne® DD Single Cell 3' RNA-seq Kit for FFPE Samples. It is used for barcode extraction, paired-end read alignment, quantification, and calculation of metrics specific to scFAST-seq data. |
| VDJ | Specifically designed for data produced by SeekOne® DD Single Cell 5' V(D)J Kits. It is used for assembly, filtering, and annotation of immune receptors. |
| MultiVDJ | Used for joint analysis of 5' RNA and VDJ data. |
| Utils | Contains other utility tools. |
