Overview

SeekSoul™ Methyl Tools is a single-cell transcriptome plus methylation analysis pipeline designed to analyze data generated using the Beijing SeekGene BioSciences Co., Ltd. SeekOne DD Single Cell Multiome Methylation + RNA kit.

The pipeline supports both major chemistries used by the kit:

• DD-MET3: dual-label chemistry. RNA and methylation barcodes are different for the same cell, and the transcriptome library is 3' based.
• DD-MET5: single-label chemistry. RNA and methylation barcodes are shared for the same cell, and the transcriptome library is 5' based.
