Experimental Method：
SeekOne™ DD Single-Cell 3’ Transcriptome-seq Kit was used to perform single-cell separation, nucleic acid labeling, and capture on the SeekOne™ Digital Droplet System. The high-throughput single-cell transcriptome libraries were sequenced using the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform.
Data Analysis：
Raw sequencing data was converted to fastq format with Bcl2fastq, then low-quality data was filtered out using the fastp quality filtering software. The filtered sequencing results were analyzed with the SeekSoul Tools, generating intermediate files like single-cell library quality control results, expression matrices, and alignment results.
