Overview
SeekArc Tools v1.2.0 is a software suite developed by SeekGene for processing SeekOne DD single-cell ATAC + RNA multi-omics data. It also supports standalone analysis of RNA libraries. The software processes the gene expression and ATAC libraries separately, including barcode extraction and correction, sequence alignment, and quantification, and performs joint cell calling by integrating information from both libraries. It generates cell gene expression matrices and Peak matrices for downstream clustering, differential analysis, and gene–Peak linkage analysis. For RNA-only data, it independently performs expression quantification, cell calling, and result generation.
